In September 2008, CSD launched the Rehabilitation Pioneer Project (RPP), which was renamed the "Correctional Services Pioneer Project" (CSPP) in September 2025, targeting at youngsters. The Captain Gor Union Mobile App establishing a membership system for the Correctional Services Pioneer Project (CSPP) to recruit primary and secondary students as members, so as to nurture in a more systematic manner a new generation of young people with an affection for the country and Hong Kong and a positive mindset.
