BESTMOW

It’s a decent product, but we really need auto mapping. I have a fenced in yard and every space that’s off limits blocked off. It should be able to update the map automatically.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences my family has ever had. We didn't get our products until 45 days after we signed up (within that time, we were billed through their monthly subscription). We thought the product works exceptional until we started having weekly issues. We ended up reaching out about the technical difficulties with their product and it ended up they never got back to us. I had to reach out again about the issues and they replied back even stating "(BESTMOW AI Agent: I'm sorry about the gap in follow-up on your mowing direction question — that shouldn't have happened. Let me focus on your current issue first.)" I informed them that there has been too much time that has passed and I would prefer a call. They informed me that they would call the same day... I never got a call. All-the-while, getting billed continuously for a product that we didn't use... I would never recommend this company. They have horrible customer service. Their products technology falls through weekly. They don't have enough information on how you as the owner can fix it yourself.
