CardREVIEW offers a Basic Guideline to determine foul play, based on Key Criteria in a Rugby Tackle,

1. The Ball Carrier Position,
2. The Tackler Body Position,
3. Impact Force in the Tackle,
4. Did the Tackler Wrapped his Arms, and
5. Was there any Direct or Indirect Head Contact.

The App uses a weighted matrix, based on the current IRB Law 9 (Foul Play) and Law 14 (Tackle) to analyse the TACKLE and offer a Suggested Outcome if the incident was Dangerous or Foul Play, or Play ON - Please Note that this App is merely a Guideline to Analyse the Dynamics Involved in Tackle and not an Official IRB App. (The Actual Outcome may vary if the Officials determine any of the elements involved differently than the user)
