Solar System Clock

The app comes with the Earth and Mars clocks free of charge (including associated moons), and additional planet clocks can be purchased through the app or the App Store. The purchase also includes the new customisable widgets and the current and past positions of supported objects.

Did you ever want to know the time on Saturn? The simple Solar System Clock can tell the time on any planet or dwarf planet, and the Sun in relation to Earth time. Calculated from the starting date of the Gregorian calendar, the app displays seconds, minutes, hours, days and years for each object based on orbit and rotation data. The time is given in both analog and digital formats and can be stopped and restarted for easy viewing, while keeping to the accurate localised time. A single analog clock face for all planets and dwarf planets is also included, and can be split into two clocks for main planets and dwarf planets. Times can be freely translated between planets, the Sun and moons.

The app also provides the current and past positions of the planets, moons and dwarf planets to scale in the form of an interactive map, and the seasons on every planet and dwarf planet.

A widget form of the Earth and Mars clocks is provided for circular widget slots on Apple Watch, and widgets on other supported devices can be customised within the app. An iMessage extension is also included to enable easy communication using the time systems. The main clock can also be projected as functional wall art.
