Raptor® Safe™ is a comprehensive app designed to enhance safety and streamline processes for school communities. The app simplifies check-in with secure, fast and convenient entry at schools that have Raptor® VisitorSafe™. The Raptor Safe app provides visitors to the school with the ability to manage and verify their identity. When visiting a school, the visitor’s secure QR code is used to streamline the process while advancing overall security. With Raptor® DismissalSafe™, the Raptor Safe app provides parents/guardians with user-friendly access to easily manage their student’s dismissal plans and carpools.

Raptor Passport: Verify your identity before arriving at school, allowing for a seamless sign-in experience.
Manage Student Dismissal Changes: View and make changes to your student’s dismissal plans.
Manage Your Carpool: Provide authorization for others to pick your student up from school during end-of-day dismissal.

The Raptor Safe app is available to all parents/guardians at schools using Raptor DismissalSafe, as well as visitors at schools using Raptor VisitorSafe. If you have questions, please contact your school.

Wish I had read the reviews before even attempting to sign up. Tried 4 times to get past the selfie step with no luck. It did scan my DL……now I wish it had not!!!

I have no idea why my school district restricted paid for a product and program that makes it harder to pick up my child after school. There was no problem with me picking up my child. Now they want a bunch of my information which obviously is likely to be leaked based on previous review reviews of this product. I honestly wish I didn’t have a smart phone so I could tell these people who fought this was a brilliant idea that I can’t use it. Furthermore, the Internet inside my child’s school is spotty, making this not work well. I’m sure somebody checked that out before coming up with this absolutely idea. They will never admit that they are trying to drive parents, insane, but if they were, they wouldn’t act any different. If you’re reading this review, congrats and you’ve been likely screwed too.

I keep seeing the replies that “this new version is better and you won’t have issues” but what a joke! I downloaded the app today (5/11/2026) with the supposed new and improved version. I tried to take the selfie at least 30 times. I even pinned my bangs back in case that was the issue. Tried different lighting at multiple angles. Kept getting a processing issue. I give up trying to set it up; the process is too painful. I’ll just have to pull out my license every time I pick my child up. It’s not like it’s that big of a deal to do so.
