The Agrocheck quality control module on the Allfoods Market platform is an innovative tool ensuring high-quality products, especially in the food sector. Developed as a mobile application, Agrocheck allows thorough monitoring of products at various stages, from the seller to the buyer.

Agrocheck's quality control system encompasses five main stages:

Prior Control: Sellers, preparing the shipment, record the product's condition by taking photos of packaging, pallets, and measuring the temperature.

Loading Control: During loading, carriers check pallets, dimensions, packaging appearance, temperature, and the quantity of goods.

Transit Control: a. During mode transitions, integrity, appearance, and temperature of packaging are verified. b. After delivery to the warehouse, the carrier conducts additional checks, documenting the cargo's condition with photos.

Unloading Control: Buyers or carriers inspect the product's appearance and temperature, taking photos after placement in the warehouse.

Post Control: After placing the product in the warehouse, buyers or carriers perform a final check, documenting the appearance and temperature.

At each control stage, the controller can take photos directly within the application, simplifying the documentation process, making it transparent and reliable.

Agrocheck App Functionality: The application is designed to ensure reliable control at every stage. Sellers, carriers, and buyers can use the app for quality control at different stages of product movement. Reports are created and stored in the app, where they can be edited and viewed. Completed reports can be downloaded in PDF format for further use.

Report Creation and Access: Agrocheck allows the creation of reports for each control stage and provides access through special links and codes. This ensures flexibility and openness in the control process, facilitating interaction among all participants in the trade chain.

Detailed Control at the Prior Control Stage: This stage allows specifying various details, including location, temperature, waybill number, accompanying documents, packaging condition, presence of mold, and product ripeness.
