That said, I encountered a major issue after setting up the HTML signature in my email client (SPARK). While the signature appears correctly when composing and sending emails, it displays at about 20% of its intended size on the recipient’s device, making it unreadable. I reached out to support three times but have yet to receive any response. Due to the lack of support and the unresolved display issue, I will be requesting a refund through the App Store.
