Scale worked great in the beginning. After upgrading to iPhone 17, no longer pairs. Called Cust Svc, said there would be an update and I would be notified. A week Later received and email stating the issue was resolved. Still didn’t work. Called CS again, said to delete app and re-add. Still didn’t work. Called CS a 3rd time, became “I don’t know” and guesswork. Bottom line, still doesn’t work. No solutions.

I’ve had my scale for a few weeks now. Easy set up on the app and never have connection issues. It’s motivating because it provides a lot of data!

The scale provides useful insights into more than just weight. Some measurements are more meaningful than others but it gives a complete picture and lets me focus on more than just my weight.
