I can't make an account and neither can any of my friends which renders the whole app useless because it doesn't let you make an order without an account and it doesn't let you make an account

I cannot login! Every time I input my phone number it shows request expired. I made a new account with my friend’s phone number but he was able to login perfectly fine. I don’t know what’s wrong with my account. There is no contact info on the website. Disappointed. Has always been a loyal customer back in China.
