2025-09-17	Na*****	Update on my review below. Everything I had a problem with seems to have been resolved. Except being able to get the app to work at all and : Now I have created a new problem. Yes I said created - myself. The app wasn’t acting right so I followed protocol and force stopped it. That didn’t work so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Thereby losing my voluminous collection of sellable jewelry that I have been collecting/ putting together. Does anyone know if there is a way to get my collection pictures back? 1st review+ Well once again every avenue I try in order to get help ends up being the wrong path. All of my valuations are in foreign currency! This has been going on for a little while. I am a patient person and thought maybe it was an everybody problem. Nope. It’s mine. May I get some help with this please? Also we’re still showing pictures of marker tags. As of 16 Sept. 2025: Now the app wont finish analyzing the picture. It stops at approximately 65% and gives an error message for not completing the analysis. Crud it’s not analyzing at all now. 😞

2025-09-10	Si*****	If these app can not take a few samples pics that very clear and decent quality with out putting up an error code. There no chance I going to pay for these app . The only thing app has has raised his suspicion. Read other critical reviews. Consensus is the same.

2025-04-20	T-*****	I had hopes this would be a valuable tool in identification of various gemstones, but sadly it misses the mark. It identifies genuine gemstones beads as plastic or glass and if you try to get a closer picture of the pieces’s details, it takes an error. Will not renew.

2025-03-13	El*****	This app said my engagement ring is only .5 to 100 karat. It’s actually 3.5 karats with the wedding band and valued at 35,000 dollars. As bought from reputable dealer and appraised. So needless to say I won’t be using or buying another month.
