- Uses real estate listings and tours for an authentic, immersive feel.
- Flexible pacing that lets players focus on preferred goals or cities.
- Unique and innovative concept that stands out from typical tycoon games.
- Responsive developer support with quick issue resolution.
Cons
- Progression is slow due to hammer farming and long renovation timers, leading to idle time.

- AI-based renovations sometimes yield unsatisfying results and reduce control over design.
- Usability gaps like the lack of price-based sorting for listings, making it harder to find affordable options.

As many others have stated, it takes way too long to complete anything. When I got to collect rent, that’s usually about all I can do because I’m either waiting for something or don’t have enough hammers. Having to go to each neighborhood and click collect and have to wait for that is tedious. I see that’s in the pro version, but that’s about the only advantage I see for pro. I like the idea of it but I’ve already lost interest because I can’t play when I want to and have to wait for hours for things to complete.

Game has potential, if the game developers all get serious in programming the game with player-decided options.
This is an inspiring game for game developers. However, the game does need significant improvements such as, giving players the opportunities to choose to redecorate (or, in many cases where the room is void of furniture/decor - The opportunity to decorate) any room. Everything is a “before” and “after” AI generated changed photo.
The “All AI” aspect does get “boring” fast! Plus, the AI regenerations tend to not have any “Wow!” factors. For example, The “before” picture: A bare minimum bedroom that just has light beige walls and a simple basic crayon blue blanket on the bed. The “after” picture: The same bare minimum bedroom that just has walls changed from light beige to white walls. The blanket on the bed that was a simple basic crayon blue blanket color, will just change to a light baby blue color. The blanket material is the same; no different style or added/subtracted designs…Nothing! The bed itself is often no different. You have to study the “before” and “after” pictures to try and figure out, “What really changed to “justify” the game stating the “real life” price change for the “after” redecoration of the room would likely be something like “$10,000 or a whole lot more…Such as often $120,000 or more.
The game developers need to each get serious and really look at the very minimal amount of AI photo changing in the “before” and “after” photos - verses - the nonsense extremely overpriced “after” photos! So often the “after” photo is just a bare minimum change to the overall photo having an AI light filter added to it. (The same way that selfie photo shop apps do.)
The “after” photo of the room will just give the appearance that the real-estate agent or non-existent homeowner (No humans shown in the game.) just had the ceiling light insignificantly changed. And/or bought the same bed blanket in a subtle different color shade. The extremely insignificant changes in the AI photos do not justify the game stating that most “redecorated” room prices would be over $10,000! As any average homeowner knows…A typical change in one light fixture in one bedroom, or really any room in a house, can most often cost any price between $50.00 to $200.00, unless the light is of “crystal chandelier” aesthetic noteworthy nobility. But most average homeowners or real-estate agents are not going to pay over $200.00 to change one light fixture in one bedroom…Just to sell an average residential home in any suburban neighborhood.
Like I stated, the game developers of this particular game, need to take a serious look at the “before” and insignificant “after” photos throughout this game. The “after” photos need to be greatly improved, as well as the extreme unrealistic, overly-priced renovation costs in this game.
If the photo of any room in this game, is “owner already moved out” empty, then expect the “renovation” photos to only show a change in the color of the floor! Again, no added furniture. The insignificant photo changes will not give you any “Wow! That is a significant change!” feeling.
The game does have “great potential” if the game developers all get serious, instead of trying to hide the fact they are trying to “reinvent” the game ‘Redecor’ using only AI generated changes to real-world homes that maybe be listed“for sale”or “for rent” by a real real-estate company. At least with the game ‘Redecor,’ the player gets the fun of picking out certain types of furniture options, wall colors, wallpaper, decor pictures, and other redecor/renovation items and changes to rooms. In this game, everything…And I emphasize 🙄 “everything” is AI generated. Oh, sure…The game gives you a choice of “Do you want the AI software to give the room a “modern”-style or “farmhouse”-style?”-type of choice. But that is the only “choice” any player of this game gets…And the void of any “Wow!” changes…You will be left with feeling… “That is not even a good option choice!”
