Pros

Very relaxing gameplay.
Fun and in-depth pharmacy-themed simulator with progression and unlocks.
Levels and progression feel rewarding and engaging.
Relatable to real pharmacy work and tasks.

Cons

Frequent glitches that wipe progress or cause data loss (items, shelves, store contents disappearing).
Ads are intrusive and frequent; removing ads is expensive or ineffective.
Poor save/restore and cross-device progression; progress is not reliably saved or restored after reinstall.
Delivery/stock bugs, such as boxes not interactive, deliveries getting stuck, and orders not arriving unless actively playing.

Recent reviews

Everything takes money if you don’t want to sit around and wait. It would be nice to able to see what I have ordered and maybe quicker delivery. It’s hard to keep up with the levels because everything unlocks so quick and you are limited with what you can actually buy.
