★☆☆☆☆ I purchased this GPS collar based on YouTube reviews, and I regret not doing more research beforehand. The biggest issue is the app. No matter what I try, I cannot modify the perimeter of the virtual fence. A feature this basic should work reliably, especially considering the price of the collar. Having to recreate the fence instead of making simple adjustments makes the app frustrating and difficult to use. The battery life has also been disappointing. On a full charge, I’m only getting about 25 hours, which is far less than I expected. Unfortunately, I can’t return the collar, so I’m hoping the developer addresses these issues soon. Right now, the app simply isn’t reliable enough for a product that’s supposed to help keep pets safe. After reading other recent reviews, it appears I’m not the only customer experiencing problems with editing fence boundaries, app reliability, and connection issues. (apps.apple.com) I really wanted to like this product, but at this point I feel like I wasted my money.

The app works, I like how it’s Bluetooth. However the map editing is awful. You cannot zoom or pan while editing the fence which makes it impossible to get the fence exactly where it need to be without a lot of for thought in the zoom and location of the map before you add a polygon.
