Recent reviews

I had this app for a while, got a monthly subscription because I didn’t want ads and I wanted to download my music, all of a sudden, I’m getting ads every time I open the app. I stupidly tried canceling and renewing my subscription twice, then deleted the app and redownloaded it. Since this app does not allow you to make a profile, it deleted all of the music that I had saved and the subscription still did not work. I also tried to give feedback on the app twice, in hopes that I could get some help, but the app refused to load the complaint, and I know it wasn’t the fault of my internet. I lost $9.00 on this app, just trying and failing to make my subscription work, without even being given the chance to ask for compensation. (I also turned my phone off and turned it back on.)

This app works good for last year suddenly ads keep coming even i paid one year vip subscription also I sent them email to fix the issue but no response yet.i am thinking to cancel this subscription.
