Mid-Plains Center for Behavioral Healthcare Service provides an array of mental health and substance use services in central and eastern Nebraska.

The Mid-Plains Center Portal app allows you to use your mobile device to securely:

-Attend telehealth appointments. -Receive messages from your provider. -View upcoming appointments and receive reminders. -Complete necessary forms.

You must already be an MPC client and receive an invite to sign up for the client portal before you can use the features of this app. Please contact the main office if assistance is needed.
