The app is pretty good itself but would be better if they would reduce the ads just a little bit. It is better than the other Travel Town energy apps though. You can get almost 100 free energy most days after just 1 ad, but when it comes to exchanging cards a lot of people aren’t paying attention so your request goes ignored, and every single time you try to search for more matches you have to watch an ad. Most of them aren’t super long but still, who has time to watch 15 ads trying to find a match for 1 card. Or sometimes you try to do a match and you’re forced to watch an ad, and by the time it’s done the person is no longer online.

Three times I’ve been rated unfairly as impatient in the game. The first time it was by someone who said they did it by accident but he couldn’t reverse it so I reached out to customer service and provided screenshots to prove he said he didn’t mean to and tried to undo it. Customer service then started talking about a completely separate issue saying someone reported me for not sending a card. I’ve always sent the cards and never had a bad trade. In fact my trade record even shows an even number of sent and received cards. They would not even listen to my issue. A second time I was rated impatient by a scammer who after a week finally sent me the card after I told them I would report them if they didn’t send me the card. She finally sent it and then rated me as impatient. I reported that too and nothing was done. It was unfair. Yesterday someone rated me impatient for no reason when I didn’t say a single word and the trade was competed within 5 minutes. It’s not fair that customer service won’t take these ratings into account even when proof is provided that the rating was undeserved.
