اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُه Alhamdulillah, this is so helpful, many other apps that market an Islamic alternative to YouTube all offer subscriptions, which is reasonable; but SalamTube provides these beneficial, educational, and imaan building videos for free, Subhan’Allah! We Muslims finally don’t have to spend money just to watch halal content and avoid haram content which there is plenty on YouTube, when it comes to those bots that have the most abhorrent and sexual profiles, and disgustingly sexual ads that appear from time-to-time due to YouTube’s terrible moderation. Alhamdulillah we don’t have to struggle through such calamities, this is indeed a blessing to the Ummah, and this is dedicated to the founder of this app: [Sahih’ Muslim 1893] Abd’Allah bin Mas’ud رضي الله عنه narrated: The Prophet ﷺ said: - “He who guides (others) to an act of goodness, will have a reward similar to that of its doer.” May Allah ﷻ accept all of the good this founder has done and multiply it ten fold and beyond. Only feedback I’d give is to update the Ui a bit simply for aesthetics and make it easier for mobile devices to rotate their phone horizontally for videos, as it typically takes quite a while for the video to get to full screen, additionally when leaving the application; if the video could still be playing in the background would be appreciated.
