Stappvoorstap (Step by step) is a scientifically based personalized application that was created for and by people on the mental health care waiting list.

Stappvoorstap (Step by step) can help to gain insight into the daily and weekly stress experienced, but also into the activities that go well during the day and week. By generating a daily overview and a weekly overview of the stress and the activities undertaken, a good picture can be created of the moments that go well, those that sometimes go well and sometimes bad, and those that go badly during the day and the week. This overview makes it easier to adjust your rhythm and influence stress levels or maintain them when things are going well.

Step by step provides guidance for: • share your data with others on your own initiative • learn which tips or exercises help you relax • obtain information about stress, relaxation and waiting time bridging • read experience stories from others
