Pros

There is a mobile app option to access insurance information.
The app can be downloaded and installed, at least for some users.
Some users were able to use the app during signup or initial setup.

Cons

Frequent reliability issues: login problems, being logged out, crashes, freezes, and blue screens.
Mandatory surveys with threats to coverage and non-optional requirements.
Insurance card is unreadable, not downloadable, or hard to read on mobile.
Customer support is often unresponsive or hard to reach with long holds.
Poor provider search: doctors not in network or not found in the app.

Recent reviews

The find a provider portion of this app never works. Even with facial recognition, you still need to enter a username and password, which is redundant. Half the time the survey isn’t available in the app to be taken.

Doesn’t provide any useful information other than displaying your id card and to search for an in network provider. Does not provide any information regarding deductible remaining or max out of pocket remaining.
