2026-06-24	Na*****	Doesn’t matter what we try to do this institution has become very difficult. It is very frustrating and wasn’t like this in the past. We have been excellent customers for 17 years and get questioned for every transaction we try to do. We are not the problem. It’s our money. We are tired of this.

2025-02-22	Rt*****	Been banking with The Citizens Bank for a decade now and they have always been awesome but this new app for online banking is amazing and so easy to use. If you haven’t updated yet I’d wholly advise to hurry and update. It’s super easy and informative.
