My controller has to be within 8 feet to change anything. Worked for one day at a longer distance and then just quit. This means I have to go outside go down the side of my house all the way to the back to change any settings. I did installer out three times he says it’s my problem. The installer suggested $375 to replace It has to be reconnected every time you want to do anything with Wi-Fi. Can’t get anyone at the company to return my call. Never again will I deal with anyone who just knocks on the door trying to sell me something

Logs you out and then when I try to reset password it goes to a dead end rendering the app and associated hardware useless. Do not buy from this company. It’s all junk.
