2025-07-16	67*****	This app has absolutely nothing to offer but to book your stay. There are other hotel apps that would let you book a reservation for a restaurant or book a massage within their facilities. Even order room service and desk help through their app. Not this app though.

2025-01-01	Do*****	We are planning on staying at the Barcelo Bavaria Palace. This does not even come up on the list of hotels. When you start to search, the Bavaro Grand shows up. However, when you click on that option (which is part of the same property), you get a message that this hotel is not available on the app.
