They later discovered that the monthly fee only covered the clinic membership, and the medication itself incurred significant additional out-of-pocket expenses. * Difficulty Cancelling and Being Locked into Contracts: A frequent complaint is that customers found it nearly impossible to cancel their WW Clinic membership, even when they realized the program wasn't suitable for them or they couldn't afford the medication.
