Features & Capabilities

New: share a hatch and follow other keepers. Post candling updates, compare notes in the comments, and keep your profile public, private, or invite only.

Know exactly where every hatch stands, from the day you set the eggs to the day the last chick dries off.

Hatch With Me tracks incubation for 18 species — chickens, ducks, quail, geese, turkeys, guinea fowl, pheasant, peafowl, emu and ostrich, plus leopard geckos, crested geckos, bearded dragons, ball pythons, corn snakes, box turtles and Russian tortoises. Each one comes with its own temperature, humidity and turning targets, so you are never applying chicken numbers to a gecko clutch.

WHAT YOU GET

• A countdown that tells you the day you are on, not just the date you started • Candling reminders on day 7 and day 14, and a lockdown alert when turning must stop • Turning reminders that end on their own — no notifications firing weeks after a hatch • Egg weight and moisture tracking, with loss targets for birds and gain targets for reptiles • A brooder plan with a temperature ramp for the weeks after hatch • Photo notes, so candling shots stay attached to the day you took them • Fertility and hatch-rate statistics across every hatch you have run • Troubleshooting for when something looks wrong mid-incubation • CSV and PDF export, and iCloud sync across your devices

SHARE A HATCH, IF YOU WANT TO

New in this version. Make a profile, share the hatches you choose, and follow other keepers to see how theirs are going. Comment on updates, compare humidity numbers, and ask the people who have done it before.

Your profile is public, private, or invite only — you decide who follows you, and every hatch stays unshared until you say otherwise. Nothing is posted automatically.

BUILT FOR REAL HATCHES

Reptile eggs absorb moisture rather than losing it, so the app tracks gain, not loss. Species that must never be turned say so. Hatch windows are shown as a range where a single date would be a guess.

Hatch With Me is free. An optional one-time purchase removes ads, and an optional subscription unlocks an AI incubation assistant that answers questions about your specific hatch.

User Reviews

Running an incubator usually means juggling calendar reminders, sticky notes, and hoping you don’t miscount days. This app makes the entire process completely stress-free. I love being able to track multiple batches at once and keep simple notes on fertility and hatch rates for each set. The app is clean, straightforward, and super intuitive. If you hatch poultry this app is absolutely perfect!
