However, repeated issues plague the experience: misleading ad promises with persistent ads, frequent progress resets and lack of cloud save, long update delays, crashes, and progression/resource blockers. These recurring problems give a frustrating, unstable experience despite potential and engaging gameplay.

I really enjoyed this game for awhile. Great graphics, storyline and activities. I’ve spent $$$ playing it and my character is at level 34 and my impact weapon is at level 40…. And that’s where I’ve been stuck waiting for months for an update for more helicopter expeditions and to be able to update my impact weapon to level 41. I’d love to keep playing it but have moved on to other similar games now. I’m not the only one who has gotten stuck waiting in this same situation. Bummer. Developers, please fix these issues so I can resume gameplay and not feel I spent all that money for nothing at this point. Or, please let me know if I’m a bonehead and have screwed something up or have missed something. I’ll gladly amend my review if that’s the case. Thanks
