So the concept makes sense. The site is great on the web. However, the app usage only being available via cell phone makes no sense. Why? Not sure about everyone else but I know I don’t want to take my e-courses on an iPhone. At least make accessible from the iPad so it can be enlarged some. I have a few courses I need to take.

I chose Stan Store because it claims to support creators. What I experienced felt very different. A platform issue resulted in a large number of people getting access to my paid course without going through the normal purchase process. That had a direct impact on my income and created a wave of confusion with my customers that I had to manage on my own. I reached out multiple times asking for clarity and support. While I did receive responses, I never got a clear explanation of what happened or a resolution that reflected the seriousness of the situation or the financial impact. I understand that things can go wrong on any platform. But when they do, creators need transparency, accountability, and real support. That wasn’t my experience here. I hope Stan chooses to take situations like this more seriously moving forward, because creators are trusting this platform with their businesses. Based on my experience, I do not recommend it.
