Gems Chain is a puzzle game about engineering explosions. Every gem on the board has 1 to 5 lives. Tap a gem to drain a life. When a gem hits zero -- it explodes, firing bullets in all four directions. Those bullets hit neighboring gems, drain their lives, and can trigger more explosions. One tap can clear half the board. Or none of it. That is the puzzle.

You have a limited number of moves per level. Use them wisely.

Most puzzle games ask you to match three. Gems Chain asks you to detonate one. The chain-reaction mechanic means every tap has consequences that ripple outward. A gem with 3 lives won't explode from one tap -- you have to set it up. A gem with 1 life is a loaded weapon pointed in four directions. Learning to read the board and sequence your taps is what separates a three-star clear from a defeat.
