2026-06-25	Sm*****	The app keeps crashing while it’s loading or opening. On the few occasions when it does load successfully, it crashes again after I enter my login credentials. In short, the app is not working at all. This is extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed.

2026-06-24	Jk*****	Updated the app today (6/24/26) and it won’t even open now, it just crashes as soon as it loads. Ever since this new app launched it has been nothing but problems and constant crashes. Why did we need this over the old app that never had any issues? FIX IT!!!!!!!

2026-06-20	Tr*****	It’s impressive how bad this app it. I can’t sign onto it without it crashing at least once. It constantly logs me out. And, once I’m finally able to get on, it freezes! It is easily one of the worst apps on my phone.

2026-05-21	Wo*****	This is not a bad app, UI-wise, but the outrageous amount of errors and the incredibly slow loading time just tanks it. If you can manage to get in (big if), the card barcode shortcut is clutch, all your holds are readily available, and the search feature is straightforward. Please please fix the authentication stuff so that I can actually use this app. (The library tech support just always kindly says, “just delete and redownload a fresh version of the app” - arghhhh!!
