the app will recognize my bike when i first start up the app but when i try to pair them the app says “no product information found”. i just want to unlock class 3

Received the bike today which was ordered last week. Got it fully assembled with no issues. Downloaded the app and registered an account. App finds my bike R004 Plus. I click “connect” then the apply quickly displays a message “product information does not exist”. Annoying that the app doesn’t work.

Purchased a TST bike yesterday and cannot get the app to connect to the bike. The app’s automated Bluetooth shows it found the bike but when I select connect, it quickly says product information does not exist. I’m not sure what else to do. I’ve restarted the app, my phone, my Bluetooth and the bike. I’ve also checked my phones location settings and privacy settings.
