Pathetic

Doesn’t recoginse serial code I typed it in correctly many times and it doesn’t work I also tried to scan the qr code but the button in the app doesn’t work I have a Ducati pro 3 which worked perfectly fine on the old Ducati app but this app refuses to recognise the qr code but it recognise the scooter when I search for it on the app

When trying to connect my Ducati Pro-l Evo scooter to this app it keeps saying not good serial number try again. I have 4 of these scooters and now because of the app switch I can’t use them. Please fix asap!!!!
