This App used for Road Service Truck Trailer Repairing work.

Main Purpose

The app is designed to provide fast, reliable, and efficient roadside repair services for trucks and trailers.

Key Features and Workflow

1. Customer Request Submission:

   • The customer fills out a request form within the app, providing necessary details about the roadside repair they need.
   • After submission, the request is sent to both the mechanic and the super admin.

2. Mechanic Response:

   • The mechanic receives the inquiry, updates it with their estimated time of arrival and submits the information.

3. Admin Review:

   • The super admin can view the estimated time of all available mechanics.
   • The admin selects and approves a mechanic's request based on availability and suitability.
   • The admin contacts the customer manually and updates them with the mechanic’s details.

4. Service Completion:

   • Once the mechanic completes the repair service, the super admin removes the completed inquiry from the database.

5. Mechanic Data Management:

   • The super admin can view a list of all mechanics and their details for better service management.
