The APP allows us to associate, free of charge, with the basic TAG functions, an automatic request for help procedure which, in case of need, automatically sends a request for help to all the numbers that the user wishes to contact. Fast Help PLUS also allows you to activate a call to the nearest remote assistance operations center. The functionality that starts the teleassistance procedure is particularly useful for providing teleassistance to the elderly and teleassistance to the disabled or, more generally in emergency situations in which having important clinical data available during the request for help phase can save lives.
