When i downloaded this app i didnt realize this was a subscription. When a figured i tried to get a refund for the tools never used. They dont make any refunds. Acoount keep active until due. As every small company, even when they have the data you havent use their “service” they dont make refunds. Poor company, making people experience and relationship complex.
