In line with organizational compliance and security policies, Shura Chat automatically deletes data from the app after 24 hours. However, users have the option to set custom message lifespans, allowing messages to disappear at any chosen time. This feature supports adherence to internal data retention and disposal policies, helping your organization maintain control over sensitive information.
