Geriatric screening Tool

This app is a specialized assessment tool for older patients with cancer, developed by the Korean Cancer Study Group (KCSG) and Seoul National University Bundang Hospital for clinicians and nurses. It provides systematic support for complex treatment decisions in geriatric oncology, based on objective data.

Three tools are available in this single app. [Main Tools (3)] Severe Toxicity Prediction Precisely predicts the risk of Grade 3 or higher severe chemotherapy side effects based on patient data. It helps in recognizing risks in advance during treatment planning. KCSG-Geriatric Score (KG-7 Score) As a screening assessment tool composed of 7 core questions, it quickly screens for patients who require a full geriatric assessment. It is utilized as a standard for objectively understanding the patient's current condition. Prognosis Index Predicts the patient's life expectancy through a multidimensional geriatric assessment. It provides a key evidence base for setting realistic treatment goals and for counseling with patients and their families.
