I ordered multiple products from this store, but the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. After placing my order, I was informed that some items were not available, and I had to go through multiple rounds of calls to either choose alternatives or request refunds. When the order finally arrived, things got worse — one product was damaged with poor stitching quality, and another item was completely incorrect (wrong color sent). Despite raising concerns and sharing proof, the overall response has not been satisfactory so far. For a large order, I expected basic quality control and proper customer service, but unfortunately, both were lacking. The entire experience felt disorganized and frustrating. I gave sent them the incorrect product back but after receiving they sent a picture saying that it is correct product. The picture which I took clearly shows that incorrect color was sent but I’m not sure how the color became correct after I returned it to them. They say that in photo color may be different but I’m not color blind. For the damaged product, they replied saying that it is only few stitches that were off. After ordering a ready made product, should I be running to tailors to get the stitches corrected? And that too it was at multiple places. I hope the company improves its product checks and customer handling processes, because right now it falls far below acceptable standards. Please note that I have one star because there was no option to give zero .
