W2W is still a good company, but after they rolled out the new app the customer service declined significantly. The app is not user friendly & seems to be locked in some of time restriction that the service providers cant overcome. Ive been trying to order labs for weeks and they cant figure out how to make that possible through the app. They also seem to have grown in employees & the customer service varies significantly. If I could order the things I want then I would give more stars.

My wife and I are both disappointed with the performance of the app. Too many glitches and nearly always a password problem. Ways2Well needs a new, more reliable interface.
