I really want to love this app. The interface is smooth, the lessons are helpful. But the biggest problem for me is that it only picks up half of what I say. I wait until it’s listening, then speak, and it will catch only the last word of my sentence, no matter how slow or fast I talk, or how close or far from the mic I am. I’ve tried from different devices multiple times, and it just doesn’t perform well enough to be useable. I wish it were different, because this app concept and the leveling of the lessons would be a wonderful addition to my learning.

Not to disrespect Duolingo, but this is so much better for conversation, and just being able to hear how people speak in 반말, which is difficult to teach imho. The best is obviously speak with a human but this is great for people like me that only have time late at night to learn
