It let me download the app but it wouldn’t let me watch anything so I’m never using this app ever again

For some unknown reason, I can’t watch movies. TV shows work perfectly fine, but watching a movie? Don’t even get the option to. My stepfather and all my family do, but I don’t. They don’t pay for pro or anything like that either.
