Users consistently report stability and usability problems. The top recurring concerns are crashes after updates, intrusive ads, a confusing redesign with poor navigation, regional restrictions that block access outside Europe, and content loading issues such as articles opening in the browser or the app constantly refreshing. Content loading issues inside the app – many articles open in the browser or the app keeps refreshing, losing reading progress and returning to the latest article.
