Honest review after using it for a couple months: support is nonexistent, if you email they tell you to call. If you call, they give you an incompetent AI girl who takes 19 minutes to send you a piece of mail. They charge fees without disclosing and overall make it a money hungry platform for the owners instead of an opportunity for us drivers. Save your money, energy, and time and find another app that is honest and supportive.

This app is wild first if I get an order it’s 20$ to cross the bridge to go to Jersey I’m not doing that, with tolls you barely made anything then not to mention gas then if you don’t go through the tolls you’ll never make the pickup or delivery on time, then if they send me an order it says assigned meaning someone else has it but note that I never seen the order as an option to accept it but you send me an order that’s already assigned to someone then I still accept it only to either not be given the order or for them to send me confirmation of the order ,3,4 something in the morning then if I’m sleep which must humans are then I missed out on the order an it’s crazy if you don’t just take the orders for the 20$ to Jersey or somewhere far like phoenixville for $20 my tier never goes up I don’t think they factor in your time your gas and the fact that you’ll have to pay all these tolls so you just did the order for nothing I’m not doing that I feel your app needs some real readjustments seriously
