Upgrade Cards and Create Impossible Sets

In the shop, you can upgrade the hanafuda cards themselves.

Raise a card’s point value to increase your base damage. Add moon, animal, or other symbols to make powerful sets easier to form.

For example, add a boar, a deer, and a butterfly to a single card, and that one card can complete the classic Boar-Deer-Butterfly combo all by itself.

Create combinations that should be impossible, and build your own ultimate hanafuda deck.

Raise the JACKPOT with Koi-Koi

When you complete a set, you choose: cash out and attack, or call Koi-Koi and keep going.

Cash out to deal damage right away. Call Koi-Koi to build your JACKPOT and aim for an even bigger set.

But there is a catch: the JACKPOT multiplier also powers up enemy attacks.

Get greedy, and you might end the fight in one blow. Fail, and the enemy might do the same to you.

Knowing when to stop is the difference between victory and defeat.

Build Combos with Animal Cards

You can also buy Animal Cards from the shop.

Some increase your damage multiplier. Some boost the money you earn after winning. Some reveal their true power only when combined with specific cards or sets.

When card upgrades, set levels, and Animal Card effects all click together, your damage will explode beyond reason.
