Recent reviews

In 2026, it is unacceptable for a major bank to be unable or unwilling to provide essential banking documents in English. Many customers need English documents for visa applications, international services, studies abroad, and financial procedures. What is even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. I contacted the bank by email multiple times and received no response whatsoever. A bank should not ignore its customers when they need assistance with important administrative matters. The mobile app may work, but customer service and international support are far below the standards expected from a modern bank. If you deal with international institutions, be prepared for unnecessary delays, frustration, and poor communication. Very disappointing.
