The experience with this app has been extremely poor and frustrating due to excessively complicated and unjustified document requests. To make matters worse, I was surprised to find that they completely removed the support and communication feature from my account. When I tested another account, support was actually there and working, which shows an unacceptable flaw or bias in how accounts are handled!" التجربة مع هذا التطبيق كانت سيئة للغاية ومحبطة بسبب طلبات ووثائق معقدة بشكل مبالغ فيه دون أي مبرر. الأدهى من ذلك أنني تفاجأت بأنهم ألغوا خدمة التواصل والدعم تماماً من حسابي، وعندما قمت بتجربة حساب آخر وجدت أن خدمة الدعم موجودة وتعمل لديهم، مما يوضح وجود تمييز أو خلل غير مقبول في التعامل مع الحسابات!"
