This is such a great resource. There is an expert for any possible need you might have. Personally, I’m a huge fan of the yoga videos. They’re a great way to wind down - while still doing something good for my body. My other favorite feature is that the nutrition section doesn’t just have general advice, it has recipes and plans as well!

This app is full of credible and effective resources for runners at every skill level. As a professional runner, I take advantage of the recovery tools such as yoga and meditation as well as the female runner resources to help me perform at my best and stay on top of injury.
