This app is/was amazing. However I went to check the app when I was at an establishment and seen that I was logged out. Now it says it can’t verify my phone number and I’m stuck logged out. I wish I would have cashed out prior to this problem happening

I originally loved using this app and really appreciated how responsive the team was in the past when I didn’t automatically receive a rebate. Customer support used to be helpful and reliable, which made Valor easy to trust. Unfortunately, that’s no longer been my experience. Four of my transactions from January 3–11, 2026 never received their rebates. I’ve contacted Valor three times through the app and haven’t received any response. The lack of communication is disappointing and makes me wonder if the company is still actively supporting users, even though the app is still running. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, because the app used to be great.
