HOW DOES LUCID WORK? Lucid helps you self-monitor your own mental health and uncover new patterns. Our check-ins are research-backed, inspired by dozens of peer-reviewed articles and 100+ interviews with clinicians on what matters for mental health and treatment. We help you think about your own mental health with a different framework and surface personalized insights that can help shape behaviors.
