Not allowing me to login with correct login credentials for Nri

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I’ve been trying for several days to pay my LIC policy online, and every single time I attempt to log in, I’m greeted with the same generic error message: “Apologies, we are experiencing a technical issue. Please try one of the alternate login methods.” None of the suggested alternatives actually work, which makes the message feel meaningless and unhelpful. For a service that deals with something as important as insurance payments, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. There is no proper explanation, no clear resolution timeline, and no effective support provided. Customers should not have to struggle repeatedly just to complete a basic transaction. This issue needs urgent attention, and the system must be fixed to ensure a smooth and dependable user experience.
