Heartspring Journal

I’ve been a big advocate for talkbook/heartspring. It’s part of my daily routine & i love looking back to old entries to see how much i’ve changed and it’s just been very comforting + therapeutic for me. However recently for the past two weeks & from reading recent reviews i’m not the only one that experiences this but when submitting an entry- once you get to the “processing emotions” screen it takes forever to load and never moves on from that screen so you have to just close the app and it doesn’t give you the emotions insight anymore. I’ve emailed them multiple times and haven’t gotten a response :( I really loved this app but this issue is a bit frustrating. But this app is a great concept and has helped me understand myself and has grown the love I have for myself + helps me to process difficult times in my life. I hope the current bugs will be fixed!!

i’ve literally never written a review on here before. i used to love this app, I recommended it to so many people because i have never been the type to enjoy journaling. I’ve always loved talking to myself. this app helped me through a pretty rough time, and I love looking back and seeing the ways that I’ve grown through that. it’s an amazing idea! however, after the name change, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. $10 a month? that’s ridiculous. i paid it for a little so I don’t loose access to my videos, but there are still glitches and my latest few entries haven’t even saved after ai freezing when analyzing my feelings. I canceled my subscription because $10 a month is absolutely not worth a 10 min video and to not loose access to old ones. sadly, I’ll have to delete the app unless these things are fixed. I don’t mind paying $5 or even $7, if we can have longer than 10 minutes again and won’t loose access to our videos. please figure out a solution. thanks
