Developed by leading experts in aquatics and education, following the Aquaphobia Learning Programme (ALP). This App is designed complement and support lessons in the water with a certified IOA Aquaphobia Coach. This app combines cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques with immersive virtual reality experiences to gradually expose users to swimming environments in a safe and controlled manner.
